When in doubt....

"when in doubt..."
This popular phase is not always trustworthy when it comes to mental illness.
Schizoaffective biploar people like myself can always trust the saying
"when in doubt trust yourself" because it gives me the very doubt my
mind needs to betray itself.

Maybe the phase "believe in yourself" or "imagine,believe and.."

On second thought...

focus on the....

focus on the good
focus on the bad
focus on the something
JUST FOCUS!!

2-A-Days of Thoughtlessness

Have NOT had a SINGLE thought in mind for 2 whole days.

Wandering aimlessly in life lost are the thoughts once loved.

But i'm down to my last and i'm stand here lost looking back

on it all.Hoping to get a thought that isn't a walking nightmare

of hot breath of many different images wanting to see you

lose your grip on reality to THEM 2-A-days are just the

beginning of the end.

I can't tell you what it really is,only what it feels like.

It feels like your trapped and lost
walking inside your mind looking for the lights.
hoping that they scare you into asking for help
but asking for help means your broken and
can't be fixed.It's like having someone in
breathing distance of you who doesn't
move or some times speak but is always
there.

How do sleep when the mind can't turn off.

When the imagined is SO real that your mind can't and won't turn off.
When the past is real bad,blood,brutal and the future is said to be a doomed repeat of the past.
The child is scared but can't understand why a place loved and wanted by SO many.Becomes so dark and scary.
